There are no refunds unless the item is received faulty or damaged in the mail.

In this case, do reach out to contact@gradientscentre.com within a week of receiving the package. Include an order number along with any pictures of damages to receive a shipping return label.

If the refund is approved after inspection of the damaged item, the buyer will automatically be refunded on their original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
