Gradients only ships within the USA, the EU and the UK but is working on expanding to other markets soon.

Expected delivery dates are based on the selected shipping rate and a processing period of two business days.

Tracking information will be provided when the order has been processed. Although the hope is for all orders to be delivered on time, the company is not liable for any delays as a result of severe weather, natural disasters, unforeseeable catastrophes or custom delays that may arise.

Gradients is not responsible for an incorrect address provided by the buyer, however if a mistake has been made after the order has been placed, the buyer should reach out to contact@gradientscentre.com during the processing timeframe so that the necessary changes can be made.

If a package has been misdelivered or lost, the buyer should reach out to contact@gradientscentre.com within a week from the expected delivery date. This will allow time to put in a claim through USPS/UPS/DHL and file for a refund on behalf of the buyer.

For US orders:

If an address contains a PO box, orders will be shipped with USPS. Otherwise, UPS will be used. 

For EU & UK orders:

Buyers have the choice to choose from the following shipping options:

• DHL Express
• UPS Worldwide Expedited
• UPS Worldwide Express Plus
• UPS Worldwide Express
• UPS Worldwide Save

Gradients is not liable for any local custom fees that may arise upon international deliveries - buyers are responsible for paying them directly to the shipping carrier.

If a buyer chooses not to pay the necessary duties/import taxes upon delivery, the package will be abandoned and no reimbursement for the order (including the shipping fees) will be processed.

In the occasion that the buyer decides to pay for the expenses to ship the package back to the US and cover the import fees, their order amount will automatically be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days once it has been received.
